Cynar Liqueur 70cl

Cynar Artikjokbitter (aka it's English partner in crime, Cynar Artichoke) is a classic Italian bitter made from a blend of 13 herbs and plants, the most prevalent of which is the artichoke (hence the fancy label). This dark brown elixir has an herbal, bittersweet flavour that's traditionally taken as an after-dinner digestif, but recently a whole slew of cocktails have benefitted from this benevolent bitter, from adding a dash to Prosecco, to mixing with orange juice, to subbing for Campari in a Negroni.
